Homepage with product categories and news
The homepage first presents the user various product categories in a clear structure: Buffers, Peptides & HT Organic Synthesis, Thin Layer Chromatography, Active Ingredients, Pigments and Fillers, Industrial Pigments, Bioproduction and Separation, Ionic Liquids, Classical Analysis and Synthesis, Visual Tests, Microscopy, Patinal Evaporation Materials and Sample Preparation. Below this, headlines and news provide information on trends and developments in the company and in chemistry.
Intuitive navigation, user-friendly searching
Browsing through the catalog is user-friendly and intuitive. The structure and format of the application are the same as those on the EMD Chemicals website. For example, the search form is immediately obvious in the top left-hand corner of the screen. This allows you to search by product name, keywords, molecular formulas or CAS or article numbers and, in the second step, to filter the results by category or product. Clicking on the white star in the top right-hand corner of the screen adds the product shown to your personal favorites.
Product detail pages with zoom view
The product detail page provides all the relevant information at a glance, including the order number, packaging and price. Documents such as certificates of analysis, Safety Data Sheets, specifications, safety and toxicity can also be called up. Users can easily jump backwards and forwards between different products within the selected category.
Specific price display for registered users
Registered users who access the catalog by logging in on the homepage can view not only lists, but also their customer-specific prices for frequently-ordered products. Registration is only possible via www.emdchemicals.com.
